In a multistory carpark. Where a black van is parked there's a cartwheeling arachnid making web from the car door onto the cement floor. In a stadium for competitive sport there's a fabric monster and paper beast. And it's rotating in the tickertape rain, rotating in the tickertape rain.
I'm climbing to where I meet my enemy spider friend. She always waits on me.
I crush him and she doesn't die. I brush her off and he survives. Convulsing, always escapes. Into my wounds, my clothes and my brain. I can't get her out without hurting him. I know he will heal me. I know she will heal me.
